Obviously as a Representative you are allocated an area to cover, but you are free to do this whenever you want, as long as you put your order in once every three weeks, and on time. Delivery and returns are free, and the internet makes it all so much easier.

As a Sales Leader you choose how far you wish to travel, and sign up team members at the rate you wish to. (Obviously more members means more commission!).

There is contact with your team members through appointments and meetings, and basic support is all you need to provide thereafter.
